Can I bring a cake or cupcakes? 
Yes! Cake or cupcakes are encouraged; however, no other outside food or beverages are allowed.

Can I decorate for the party?
Decorations are allowed but may not be adhered to walls. No confetti, glitter, silly string, or pinatas please. We will provide a balloon bouquet, plates, napkins, cups, silverware, and all utensils needed.

How long will the birthday party last?
The first hour of your party is your time in the private room. After that, it's up to you! It will vary depending on the package you have chosen- the 1 hour and 2 hour game card times will begin once you have started on your first game. You are certainly welcome to add more game play to your card and stay longer after your initial game time is finished.

Why don't I get my party room for the entire duration of the party?
Because of all the extra fun you can have, our parties don't always have an exact ending time. In addition, we want to accommodate more of our guests that would like to celebrate their birthday with us but our space is limited. It is for these reasons that the party room time is 1 hour. If there are no parties booked after yours, you may request to extend your party room time for a small fee.

What do I do with all my party stuff when I have to leave the room?
We have supply carts available that we use to help you take all your things to your vehicle, or we can keep them on the cart for you until you're ready to leave. We also have several coat racks that we can use to relocate coats and belongings.

How long do Arcade cards last? (How many arcade games can I play?)
The duration varies depending on the games played. Game card tickets never expire. Winnings are stored on your card until you're ready to redeem them for prizes in the our Winner's Circle redemption store.

How many guests are required to book a party?
A minimum of 8 guests are suggested. You can host a party with less than the minimum, however, you will pay the same package rate. Any additional play cards would be yours to keep.

What if I have less than 8 guests and don’t want to book a birthday package?
Please call our event planners and they may be able to get you a group rate. If you want a room for the birthday we may also reserve a room for your group based on availability. We don’t allow birthday cake/cupcakes, other outside food, or presents to be opened in our cafe. If you want to bring cake, cupcakes or presents to Allevity you must reserve a party room. Party room spots are subject to availability and not guaranteed unless there is a reservation.

Do I have to provide food for adults that attend my kids' birthday party with their children?
Seating and food is provided based on the birthday package count. If additional food (without game play) is desired for adults attending with kids, choose our convenient "Add on Pizza" when booking your package.  Or talk to one of our event planners and we will put together a package that's right for your group.

Several of my birthday guests already have Allevity game cards. Can the birthday package be added to these cards so they don’t have two separate cards?
Yes, we can combine the cards for you. Please ask your host when you arrive for the party and we will get you taken care of!

The date or time that I need for my party is not available. What can I do? 
We have a limited amount of space that is available to be booked online- If you do not see the date or time that you are looking for, please give us a call- we may have space available!
