No, we do not charge an admission. You just pay for what you want to play, or you can head straight to the restaurant to grab a table. 

Accepted methods of payment are cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.  Please note, change is not given at the self-serve kiosks.

Allevity is an indoor location that provides a great place to have fun during the cold winter months, rain, or hot summer days. If there is inclement weather that impacts business hours please check our website for our hours—this will include if we are closed for severe winter weather.

Children 12 and up can be at Allevity without an adult present during regular daytime hours. After 9pm, all guests must be 18+ or have a parent present, in close proximity.

Yes! We offer a variety of non-alcoholic drinks including pop (Pepsi products), slushies, and mocktails.

We do have gluten free alternative for breading options. However we can not guarantee items to not be in contact with other gluten items.

We do not currently take reservations for the restaurant. If you have a party over 10, calling ahead would be beneficial so we can get tables pushed together for your group and get our staff prepared. If you are wanting a private room or looking at reservations for a group event that includes arcade games, please visit the Book Now section of Allevity website or give us a call at (605-225-7733 ext 4).

To ride the bumper cars by yourself you need to be at least 5 years old or older. A child aged 3-5 can ride with an older individual as long as they are over the age of 14 years old.

Laser tag games last 10 minutes from the start of the game. You will have a short 2-3 minute briefing process that goes over the rules and instructions.

The unlimited attractions cards will allow you to play laser tag, Spin Zone bumper cars, and mini bowling- as many times as you’d like- for whatever duration you choose. The arcade packages are just like adding cash to a card- but if you choose one of our packages, we give you a bonus with each one. The cash can be used anywhere- on the games OR in the restaurant.  The bonus cash is good for the games only.

You can not use your game card to purchase other attraction or arcade packages. You are able to use the Cash balance on your card to play any of the arcade games or attractions without having to purchase a specific package. You can however use the cash balance on food and drinks in the restaurant. *Please note you can not use the Bonus Cash balance for the restaurant.

We have 4 mini bowling lanes. Each game of mini bowling is 5 frames and you can have as many people on a lane as you would like! We recommend no more than 6 as the screen becomes crowded.

The time will start counting down on your Attraction Card once it is used at the first attraction (green card readers).

No, an Attraction Package cannot be shared between guests. Each guest must have their own attraction card or a game card to play alongside you.

To take full advantage of promotions and receive communication about Allevity, registering your Player Card is highly encouraged. You can register your card using the kiosk within the Allevity Arcade, or see us at the front counter or the Winner’s Circle prize store.

No, Allevity points don’t expire.

You can check your points balance at the kiosks in Allevity or by using your phone’s camera to scan the QR code on the back of the card. You can also swipe your card on the card reader just outside of the Winner’s Circle prize store, or ask any of our staff at the counter.

If your card is registered, we can look up your account and issue a new card with the previous points balance. If your card is not registered, we are not able to replace the points on the lost card.
